The main grain culture of civilization, actively used on the territory of our planet. There are two types of wheat, winter and spring, which are separated according to the sowing seasons (autumn and early spring, respectively). The main application area is the production of bakery products, cereals and alcohol.

At the same time, wheat is used as the main and supplementary feed product in agricultural complexes. The value of this cereal is determined by the content of useful trace elements, the most important of which are proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
